With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elaine Fultz-Rucoi (Fort Wayne, Indiana), born in Chicago, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 13, 2026 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willam Peters and Emily Peters; and her sisters, Joan and Sandy. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Garza, Tina Walters (Rick), Will Luzar (Jennifer) and Daniel Rucoi; and her grandchildren, Cassandra McCormack (Patrick), Soraya Victor (Chris), Antonio Garza, Ben Luzar (Lauren) and Sam Luzar.

A prayer will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Fort Wayne Catholic Cemetery (3500 Lake Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46805).
