She was predeceased by: her father Leslie E. Corwin; her husband David Allen; and her sister Joan M. White. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Claire Allen, Laura Ann Allen and Joan Rachel Allen; and her brothers, Robert Leslie Corwin and James Thomas Corwin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Fort Wayne Humane or National Kidney Foundation.
