It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Margaret Johnson Dew (Fort Wayne, Indiana), born in Monmouth, Illinois, who passed away on April 11, 2024, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Johnson and Mabel Johnson (Frymire); her husband Clairus; and her grandchildren, Kari Stangenes and Matthew Dew.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon, Nils Stangenes of Chicago, David and Kathleen Dew of Ft. Wayne; and her grandchildren, Daniel, Dawn Dew of Churubusco, Kirsten Stangenes and Alec Lilliebridge of Conifer, Colorado. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren; three nephews and four nieces.
