He was predeceased by: his parents, Eric Lindquist and Dorothy Lindquist; and his sister Judith Kellogg. He is survived by: his wife Jaquelyn Lindquist; his daughter Amanda Gilbird (Glen); his grandchildren, Michael Carlson and Kaitlyn Carlson; and his great grandchild Rylen Carlson.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services (6557 N Clinton St, Fort Wayne, IN 46825).
