He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Apt and Mary Apt (Nelson). He is survived by: his children, C. J. Apt, Dylan Apt (Bayley) and Parker Apt; and his siblings, Kenneth Apt, Tony Apt (Stephanie) and Trina Greenwald (Mike).
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fairmount Wesleyan Church (304 N Walnut St, Fairmount, IN 46928).
