She is survived by: her parents, Todd Bertsch and Robin Bertsch (Caywood); her brother Joshua Bertsch; her grandmother Joyce Bertsch; her uncles, Doug Bertsch (Grace) and Matthew Bertsch (Marci); and her cousins, Laura Widdifield (Todd) and Daniel Bertsch.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Humane Fort Wayne.
