He is survived by: his wife Miriam (Cole); his children, Brian, Stephen, Thomas (Mitzi Toland), Dawn (Christopher Kuhlman) and Mellissa (Christopher Depew); his grandchildren, Chelzi, Shelbi, Dustin, Brittany (Joe Kieffer), Seth (Payton Buehrer) of Jacob, CJ and Leena; his stepfather Gary Boyer; and his siblings, Kay, Max, Donna, Phyliss, Dale, Linda and Gary.
Memorial donations can be written to lieu of Woodburn Children's Home or Destiny's Rescue.
