She was predeceased by: her mother Patsy Kreigh; her husband Michael Voltz; her brother Dean Smith; and her grandmother Ruby Lehman. She is survived by: her daughter Traci Buchanan of Fort Wayne; her grandson Joshua Buchanan; her father Thomas Kreigh; and her brothers, Mickey Smith (Hazel) and Tim Smith.
