He is survived by: his wife Eluteria Norris; his parents, Eugene Norris Sr. and Martha Jane Wilson; his siblings, Angel Norris-Mcclure, Claudette Kelsaw, Joellen Billingsley, Nikonya Carlisle-Williams, Clyde Norris and Damein Carlisle; his children, Shonda Bartley, Marc Shuler, Mannuel Sparks, Genessa Blauvelt, Ceighen Sparks and Eugene Norris III; and his niece Gia Parker (Norris). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
