He was predeceased by: his parents, Evan Cunningham, and Pauline Cunningham, Sr. (Powell). He is survived by: his wife Linda Cunningham of Fort Wayne; and his sons, Michael Cunningham (Diana) of Indianapolis and Gregory Lobdell (Donna) of Bloomington. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 2 great- grandchildren.
