He was predeceased by: his daughter Dawn Lattanzio. He is survived by: his wife Donna Birdwell; and his children, Michael Birdwell (Margaret) and Debra Diller (Keith). He is also survived by four grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
