She is survived by: her children, Cathy Erwin (Jim), Dawna Clawson (Dan) and David Foster (Lisa); her grandchildren, Jonathan Erwin, Sara Erwin (Sawrie), TJ Foster, Jason Foster and Adam Foster; her stepgrandson Zac Hunsucker; and her great grandchildren, Finley Erwin and Rue Erwin.

The family is holding a private Celebration of Life service and is asking in lieu of flowers, that donations could be made to one of the following: to the Indiana Medical History Museum in Dr. Julia Foster's name, 3045 Vermont Street, Indianapolis, IN, 46222 or First United Methodist Church, 1700 State Road 26, West Lafayette, Indiana or the Community Foundation for Julia Foster MD Endowment #88, 56 N. Main Street, Martinsville, IN 46151.

Not only did we attend her wedding to John Foster in the Flora Methodist Church, but my sister, Peggy, was their Flower Girl (She still has the dress she wore.).
