He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo E. Leach and Ramona S. Leach. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughter Jamie Howard (Kevin); his siblings, Mike (Lorraine) and Julie Cox (Don); and his pets, Jack and Sam. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
