He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Lloyd Sleet and Mary Helen Alexander Sleet. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn J. Sleet; his children, Corey Sleet, Roderick Sleet (Kristian) and Alexis Sleet; his grandsons, Eric Scott Jr. and Thomas-Lloyd Alexander Sleet; his goddaughter Denise Lynch; and his sisters, Cynthia Gentry of Decatur, Alabama, Pamela Sleet of Davidson, Ingrid Sleet and Felta Carter of Anderson, Indiana..
