He was predeceased by: his parents, Abner VanFossen and Lenore VanFossen; his wife Judy; and his brother Allen. He is survived by: his sons, Don, Richard (Emily) and Dave (Phil); his grandchildren, Abby, Tori, Freddy and Helen; and his sister Susan Doughman.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Home (6424 Winchester Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46819). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
