He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Huth and Juanita Huth. He is survived by: his wife Jenny; his children, Michael, Susan (Nol), James (Julie) and Ken (Mary); and his grandchildren, Lucy, Abigail, Adam, Nathan, William, Tyler and Jacob.

Donations can be made to Bishop Luers High School, St. Joseph (Fort Wayne) Catholic School and Fort Wayne Animal Care and Control.
