He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Moore and Collette Moore; his daughter Jaimi Moore; and his sisters, Carol Deitche and Doris Cassell.

He is survived by: his wife Linda S. "Suzi" Eidson; his children, Brett Moore (Tanya), Rachel Moore and Andrew Moore (Jessica); his grandchildren, Dylan Moore, Destiny Quackenbush, Madison Moore, Marissa Moore, Jayla Moore, Katie Parmley, Kaidance Wallen, Cayden Moore, Brianna Moore, Naomi Kornfield, Andrew Moore, Jr., Hunter Moore and Adlee Moore; his great grandchildren, Evan Moore, Tylee Quackenbush, DaLuka Quackenbush, Octavia Finley, Haven Moore, Bren Finley, MJ Moore and Saskia Moore; and his siblings, Colleen Wetzel (George) and Darrel Moore. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Covington Memorial Funeral Home (8408 Covington Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46804). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at the Covington Memorial Gardens (8408 Covington Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46804).
