With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Robert Liggett (Fort Wayne, Indiana), born in Angola, Indiana, who passed away on June 1, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Liggett and Marvel Liggett; and his siblings, Everett Liggett, Sr., Phyllis Castle, Pat Hoopengardner, Eleanor Bellis, Roberta Ebert, Emmett Liggett and Kenneth Liggett.

He is survived by: his wife Patty Liggett; his children, George Liggett Jr. (Mel), Greg Liggett, Lisa Hause (Mike) and Bill Liggett (Travis); and his siblings, Charles Liggett (Sara), Alice Mabry and Barbara Koskie. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Parkview Home, Health, and Hospice.
