He is survived by: his stepfather Robert Ciaciuch; his children, Kathleen Makovic of Fort Wayne and George E. Makovic (Leslie) of Western Springs, IL; his granddaughters, Diane and Kelly Makovic; and his siblings, Miriam Patznick (Richard) and Frank Makovic (Sally) of Toledo, OH..
