He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Leonard; his children, Andrea Bowser (Stan), Ron Mihavics (Lauri), Susan Huglin and Jim Mihavics; his grandchildren, Gabe, Josh, Justin, Cory, Dylan, Connor, Grayson, Carolyn, Chase, Nick, Blake and Eric; his great grandchildren, Layla, Keaton, Eva, Tucker, Branch, Garrison, Benny and Carter; and his brother John Mihavics of Akron, Ohio..
In lieu of flowers, preferred memorials are to Northeast Indiana Honor Flight and Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
