He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph Eugene and Martha Winters; his wife Mary Elizabeth Winters of Fort Wayne, IN; his children, Deanna Casiano (Tony) of Fort Wayne, IN, Melissa Engquist (Ted) of Gloucester, VA and Kirk Winters (Abby) of Fishers, IN; his siblings, Keith Winters (Jean) and Nancy Purcell of Inverness, FL; his grandchildren, Callie Burt (Johnny) of Gloucester, VA, Mikayla Engquist of Gloucester, VA, Isaac and Everett Winters of Fishers, IN; his great grandchild Deborah Burt; and his sisters, Sheila Shultz, Julia Nuss and Karen Winters.
Memorial donations in his honor may be directed to First Presbyterian Church or Stillwater Hospice.
