It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Lee Girardot (Fort Wayne, Indiana), who passed away on May 26, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cletus Girardot and Wilma Girardot (Kilgor); his grandmother Jane Marquardt; his wife Dianne Girardot (Heaston); and his siblings, Jeanette Bierbaum, Maxine Wyss, Carroll Gill, Bonnie Vedder, Joyce Webb, Cletus Girardot and John Girardot.
He is survived by: his daughter DeDe Girardot; his granddaughter Daisa Johnson (Desi Girardot); and his siblings, Dorothy Webb (James), Betty Gerardot, Anna Mackin and Greg Girardot (Carolyn). He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Hockemeyer and Miller Funeral Home (6131 St Joe Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46835). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
