He is survived by: his wife Sarah Beauchamp of Warren, IN; his children, Brad Beauchamp (Leslie) and Jill Beauchamp Graber; his grandchildren, Emma Beauchamp-Leavell (Alex), Nicolas Graber, Sydney Graber, Ava Beauchamp and Alex Graber; and his great grandchild Leon Beauchamp-Leavell.
