He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Wagner and Alice Wagner (Kohrmann); his former wife Donna J. Wagner; his sons, Robert "Bob" Wagner and John Wagner; his stepdaughter Angela; his brother Ronald Wagner; and his grandchildren, Nathan Booker, Sheli and Tommy Wagner.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Wagner; his children, Kevin E Wagner (Cheryl), Timothy L Wagner (Lori), Karen S Couture (Gregory) and Kimberly A Lichtsinn (Larry); his stepchildren, Pamela, Rebecca, Randall, Laurie, Dawn and Jamie; his daughters-in-law, Lori Wagner and Kimberly Wagner; and his siblings, Richard Wagner (Jim) and Carlene Russell. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; 17 step-grandchildren.
