She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Louis Rathbun and Hazel Rathbun (Kneller); her husband John Blaugh; and her brothers, Harold and Glenn Rathbun.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Blaugh of Marshall, MI and Debbie Frazier (Thomas) of Fort Wayne; and her sister Ruth Blaugh of Jackson, MI.. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
