He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Blackburn and Sarah J. Blackburn (Turk). He is survived by: his girlfriend Marsha "Marty" Renner; his children, Mark Renner (Danya), Kurt Renner (Ann) and Teri Snider; his sisters, Shelby Blackburn and Greta Blackburn; his niece Layla Allman; and his pets, Shelby and Mini Me. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-granddaughter.
