He is survived by: his wife June; his daughters, Dr. Leah Kinder (Brendan) and Dr. Gabrielle "Abby" Conway (Richard); his siblings, Karen Dault (Steve) and Jim Carlston (Julie); and his parents-in-law, Jim and Gina Bodette.
