He was predeceased by: his parents, Teddy Leroy of Luce's Auto Sales and Barbara Jean Luce (Shaw); his brother Darren Luce; and his grandson Jacob Reid. He is survived by: his children, Teri Luce (David Predina), Jillian Reid (James) of Fort Wayne and Christopher Luce (Kinzie) of Concord, NC; his grandchildren, Kadence, Grant Luce and Jeremiah Reid; and his sisters, Nancy Kensill-Grubb of Angola and Tammy Ballenger (Deron) of Fort Wayne.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Humane Fort Wayne.
