With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hannah Aileen Klimek of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on August 23, 2022 at the age of 27. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Gary and Tammy; her siblings, Benjamin Klimek (Brandy), Luke Klimek (Cydney) and Grace Klimek; and her nieces and nephews, Elliott, Alice and Lúthien Klimek. She is also survived by 5 grandparents, 9 aunts & uncles, numerous cousins.
