He is survived by: his children, Vonda Salway (Barry) of Fort Wayne, IN and Scott Creed (Wendi) of New Haven, IN; his siblings, Roger Creed (Carol) of Fort Wayne, IN and Ruth Ann Creed of Bluffton, IN; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Dakota Salway, Kaytlyn and Taylor Creed.
