She was predeceased by: her parents, Winsel Hlawek and Kate Hlawek (Dannenfelzer); and her siblings, Roy Balliet, Charles Hlawek, Frank Hlawek, Francis Ferlita, Irene Fisher, Catherine Dolan and Elsie Hlawek.

She is survived by: her niece Phyllis Oldenkamp (Lehman) of Fort Wayne, IN; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kimberly Lehman, Joyce Carroll, Sarah Gustafson (Greg), Carrie Frances Ferlita, Kyle Lehman (Amy), James Fisher (Dee), Jerry Fisher and Charles Hlawek.

Preferred memorials to: St. Jude Catholic Church 2130 Pemberton Dr., Fort Wayne, IN 46805.
