He is survived by: his children, Stephen M. Davis of Fort Wayne, IN, Kimberly Shultz (Mark) of Fort Wayne, IN and Rev. Scott Davis (Angie) of Leo, IN; his sisters, Sally MacAfee, Diane Harding and Sue Lichtsinn; his grandchildren, Zachary Shultz (Emily), Kara Shultz, Evan Davis (Katie) and Gabe Davis (Paige); his great grandchildren, Theodore Shultz and George Davis; and his brothers-in-law, Ron Burkart (Barbara) and Alex Simon.
