He was predeceased by: his parents, Tomas Suarez and Rosa Ortiz; his wife Yolanda Perez; his daughter Ann Marie Alvarado; and his siblings, Hilaria Rangel, Santos Maria Rangel, Victoria Esquibel, Maria Padron, Pedro Suarez and John Suarez.
He is survived by: his children, Rosa (Louie Guerrero), Yolanda (Joaquin Guzman), Christina (Christopher Snarr), Caroline (Alberto Zuniga), Heriberto Suarez, Jr. of Fort Wayne and Thomas Suarez of Fort Wayne; his son-in-law Bonifacio Alvarado of Fort Wayne; and his grandchildren, Christopher "Andy", Veronica Snarr, Steven Alvarado, Erica, Jesus Garcia, Ricardo, Katie Borjas, Jose, Aspen Guzman, Celina Snarr, Carlos Borjas, Brenda Romero Guzman, Ruben Alvarado, Raquel Guerrero, Vanessa Borjas, Corey Snarr and Jade Winchester.
Great grandchildren: Myla Rose Snarr, Jesus Garcia-Guzman, II, Milo Christopher Snarr, Jose Donatello Guzman, Jr., and Kaliope Ann Borjas.
