She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Koontz; and her siblings, Will Kuker and Anna Branson. She is survived by: her children, Mike Koontz (late Ann), Tom Koontz (Mary Ann) and Karen Zehr (Tim); and her brother John Kuker. She is also survived by six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
Preferred memorials are to St. Patrick's Church, Arcola.
