He is survived by: his parents, Tabatha Blackman and Milton Smith; his wife JoMeisha Smith of Fort Wayne Indiana; his children, Har'Moni Weakley, Messiah Smith, Brooklyn Smith, Xyliana Smith, Tison Weakley and Isaiah Smith, Jr.; his siblings, Keandre Blackman, Jahvon Blackman, Hamilton Trotty, Desean Pettit, Tatiana Yates and Takia Smith; his parents-in-law, Katina Washington and David Washington; and his brothers-in-law, Ketron Paschall (Mykael), Jajuan Allen (Shierra) and Zion Allen.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Nelson Memorial Gardens, Inc. (1338 Eliza St, Fort Wayne, IN 46803). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
