He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Davis; his son Jeff Davis; his parents, Charles Davis and Marie Davis; and his sister Kathy Davis.
He is survived by: his daughter Jamie Fagan (Tim); his daughter-in-law Lisa Davis of Fort Wayne; his granddaughters, Sarah Bishop (Forrest) and Jessica Davis; and his great grandchildren, Coleman, Elon, Eliza and Leena Bishop.
Preferred memorials to St. John Ev. Lutheran Church or Eleos Hospice Care.
