He is survived by: his children, Janet Lambarth of Fort Wayne, IN, Jenny Heinze of Sun Prairie, WI, John Heinze Jr. of Cincinnati, OH, Joan Chantaca of Fort Wayne, IN and Jeff Heinze (Peg) of Fort Wayne, IN.; his brother Bruce Heinze (Margie) of Baton Rouge, LA; his sibling's children, Diane Harris, Lisa Pennington, Matthew and Joseph Kirmer; his grandchildren, Sunshine Heinze, Allison Fitzhugh (Dane), Paige Lewis (Trace), Dr. Michael Heinze (Kari), David Heinze (Katie Rizik), Lia Heinze (Justin Pater), Dustin Sheline (Sophie), Cesar Chantaca (Hanah Ricketts), Patrick Heinze (Holli), Christopher Heinze, Jessica Lovejoy (Emily Dean-McKinney), Amanda Otis (Rick) and Carmen Ballard; his great grandchild Jacob Heinze; his grandchildren, Jason Silcox, Atticus, Eden Lewis, Max, Ada Heinze, Brody, Braxton Heinze, Mason Ballard (Autumn Young), Alex Otis (Caitlin Ramos), Maggie Otis (Levi Tapia), Jackson Otis, Lilyan Coates, Jacob Otis, Jocelyn Coates, Austin Coates, Lincoln Otis, Corbin, Carlee and Caylee Ballard; his great great grandchildren, ShayLee Heinze, Knowledge Silcox, Kaleigha Silcox and Sylas Young; and his friend Frankie Jane Heinze.
