It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Stewart Mougin of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on December 24, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewel Mougin and Gladys Richards; and his brother Charles Bredemeyer. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Mougin; his daughter Jaretta Johnson (Mike); his grandchildren, Joey and Julie; his daughter Jana Petty (Bill); his grandchildren, Stacey, Sara and Jack; his daughter Jill Fletter; his grandchildren, Olivia and Madison; his daughter Jennifer Henricks (Gregg); his grandchildren, Jenna and Jorja; his daughter Johnell Keeley (John); and his grandchildren, Jacklyn, Jessica and Jay. He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Pathway Community Church.
