He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Z Roberson and Julia M Roberson; his daughter Kristie Roberson; his brothers, Larry and Jeffrey Roberson; his granddaughter Kinara Acoff; and his aunts and uncles, Eveleyna "Ronelle" Hood, Rosemary Brantley, Ella Baity, Olly Baity, Clarence Taylor and Spencer Roberson.
He is survived by: his wife Keyna Salley Roberson; his children, Lola Bates (Derrick), Dontae Williams (Julia), Marcus Roberson, Shannon Roberson, Irvin "Matt" Roberson, Sade Roberson, Sha-Haloney Hardy-Roberson and Keon Da'Vall Oakley, Sr.; his siblings, Fred Roberson (Julienne), Rodney Roberson (Brenda), Kevin Roberson, Shalon Goodwin and Sherelle Roberson; and his uncle Ed Tharp (Deloris). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
