He is survived by: his parents, Erik Klotz (Tracey) of Garrett and Jennifer Galloway (Chris Johnson) of New Haven; his stepbrother Cory Sowers of Fort Wayne; and his grandparents, Julie Carrier of Fort Wayne, Nancy Thissen of Fort Wayne and Michael Freels of Kettering, OH. He is also survived by several cousins, numerous aunts & uncles, and a wide circle of friends.
