He was predeceased by: his parents, Hillus Bailey and Lula Bailey; and his sisters, Melba Rentschler and Doris Smitley. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bailey; his sons, Tom Bailey (Debbie) and Gregory Bailey; his grandchildren, Kierstin Kumfer (Quinn), Brenton Bailey (Ashley), Jayme Bailey, Dillion Bailey and Tyler Bailey; his great grandchildren, Kaysleigh and Cal; and his pet Baby.

Memorials may be made to First Assembly of God Church.
