He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Ragan and Evelyn Ragan (Hart); his daughter Julia Williams; and his sister Carol Nevil. He is survived by: his pet Bob; his wife Sharon; his children, Cathy Wrogeman, Tracy Demerly (Eric), Rachel Ragan, Jason and Troy Griffin; his brother Robert Anderson (Rose); and his grandchildren, Lindsey Wrogeman, Hannah, Makayla Ragan, Alyssa, Dawson Griffin and Cheldeun Fisher.

Preferred memorials are to the church.
