He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Leroy Marker and Geraldine Mable Walters; and his stepfather Elmer Walters. He is survived by: his wife Sue Ann Marker of Fort Wayne, IN; his children, Scott Marker (Annette), Nicole Dupuis (Guy), Mary Smith (Patrick) and Erica Shafer (Chris); his grandchildren, Brooke Gates (Evan), Mitchell Dupuis (Taylor Rodriguez), Matthew Dupuis, Brandon Marker, Britney Marker, Bradley Marker, Braden Marker, Caleb Smith (Ryley), Christian Shafer (Sarah), Cameron Shafer (Payton) and Colin Shafer; and also Terry Putman of Fort Wayne. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Pine Valley Park - Funeral Home (1320 E Dupont Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46825). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
