He is survived by: his wife Patricia Urban; his children, April Urban, Melissa Urban, Dawn Snyder (Sam) and Christal Woods (Jake); his siblings, Bruce Urban, Steven Urban (Alana), Sandra Triolo, Julie Martin (Chris) and Cynthia Hammack (Wendell); his grandchildren, Sam Snyder, Jacob Snyder, Trevor Woods, Majia Woods and Mia Urban; and his nieces and nephews, Christian Martin, Sara Martin and Dominic Hammack.
