James Nelson Pierce Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Nelson Pierce in Fort Wayne, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 12, 2026 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard S. Pierce and Vivian M. Pierce; his son James Pierce; and his siblings, Richard Pierce and Rosemary.
He is survived by: his sons, Joseph Allen Pierce of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Jonathon J. Pierce of California and Jerry Lee Pierce of California; and his grandchildren, Jim Pierce, Nicole Wagner-Pickering, Maxwell Pierce, Matthew Pierce and William Pierce. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
