She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest B. Sr. Payne and Helen Payne; and her sister Brenda Hay. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Rehder (John) of Clearwater, FL, Gena Shepard of Fort Wayne, IN and John Kohn (Dawn) of Fort Wayne, IN; her brother Ernest B. Payne (Jackie) of Evansville, IN; and her brother-in-law Bernie Hay of Fort Wayne, IN. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren, two nieces and two nephews.
