She is survived by: her children, Tonya Deen (Gary) of Fort Wayne, Tina Kurtz (Jon) of Fort Wayne and Bradley Zern (Shelley) of Fort Wayne; her grandchildren, Madelyn Kurtz of Ann Arbor, Logan Kurtz (Hana) of Seymour and Ben Zern of Fort Wayne; her close friend Gloria Ostrowski of St. Simon's Island, Georgia; and her siblings, Mary Lucille, N. D. of Whitehouse, Margaret "Peggy" Kohne of Fort Wayne, Kathryn "Katie" Langschied (Jim) of Byron Center, Francis "Fran" Kime of Defiance, Peter "Pete" Kime (Mavis) of Defiance, Thomas "Tom" Kime (Pam) of Defiance, Linda Meek of Fremont, Anita Kime of Defiance and Ann "Annie" Fockler (Lynn) of Defiance, Ohio.
