He was predeceased by: his father Daniel Clevenger. He is survived by: his mother Kathy R. Clevenger (Thomas) of Monroeville, Indiana; and his sister Amy Musselman (Michael) of Monroeville, Indiana. He is also survived by two nieces; and two nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Louis Catholic Church (15535 Lincoln Hwy E, New Haven, IN 46774). A Mass will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
Preferred memorials are to Humane Fort Wayne.
