It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay McGraw of Fort Wayne, Indiana, born in Elkhart, Indiana, who passed away on July 21, 2025, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Joseph T. McGraw. He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Christopher McGraw (Hannah), Caroline McGraw and Abigail McKenzie (Justin); his grandson Archer McKenzie; his mother Stella McGraw of Fort Wayne; and his sisters, Kristen Morris (Jeff) of Carmel, IN and Karri Blackwell (Doug) of Fort Wayne. He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews, and 3 great-nieces.
A rosary will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Divine Mercy Funeral Home - Fort Wayne (3500 Lake Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46805). Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church (4916 Trier Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46815).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to St. Charles Borromeo Catholic School, Stillwater Hospice or Masses.
