She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles F. Gerlach and Rose Gerlach (Fleming); and her sister Karen Malinowski. She is survived by: her husband Stephen H. Lewis; her daughter Karen Lewis; her siblings, Susan Vogel-Anderson (Mark), Patricia Gerlach (Michael DeProto), Deborah Gerlach (John Forman), Charles Gerlach (Nancy) and John Gerlach (Kris Bennett); and her siblings-in-law, Mike Lewis (Marilyn), Bret Lewis (Joan), Michael Malinowski and Anne Lewis (Forsyth).
